| How long does payment processing take? |
| Payment into our account can take up to 2 days to show up. On the site if your order hasn`t changed to processing which means payment received then according to the various times described, please contact us with the date and exact amount entered. Other reasons for your order not being, processed are Insufficent funds entered into our account or No name or order number when entering the funds. |
| What shipment methods are used? |
| We currently use the DHL shipment service except for DVDs. As for DVDs, we usually use normal parcel service. DHL is an international insured air freight that operates in many countries throughout the world. Complete international tracking is provided by DHL and the tracking number and information is provided on the website once an order has been shipped. |
| How long does shipping take? |
| Our standard delivery terms are 7 - 21 business days, however a more accurate shipment estimate is provided on the site when your order is placed. This shipment estimate is then maintained during the life of the order should there be any further updates. |
| Hey! I just received my products but only half of them showed up. Are they missing? |
| Your remaining products are not missing. Because our products are purchased of many different suppliers they arrive at our office at different times. In order to get the order moving we send what is available at the time. Please check your DHL lable for details. We will always write the produts that have been sent and the products that will follow. Also check your order on the site. Once again, information will be given on the remaining products. |
| Do the prices on the site include all duty and taxes? |
| No, the prices on the site include the product cost and the cost for shipment to your location. Any additional taxes or duty applicable on entry to your country is your responsibility and we recommend you familiarise yourself with these possible costs before making your purchase. |
